CONDITIONS

8.1 Delivery: where and when
We deliver the products from Monday to Friday. We do not ship on certain holidays. We can only fulfill the delivery of an order if the delivery address is a home or an office located in one of the countries mentioned in the list of available countries.
To receive the order it is necessary to ensure that someone is at the address. This service does not include an appointment or appointment option, so the delivery of the order will be made without prior contact by the carrier. We do not guarantee this period in periods of promotions, sales, Christmas and stock-outs.
A delivery is deemed to have been made or a product is deemed to have been delivered with the signature of the delivery receipt at the agreed upon address.

8.2 Delivery Deadlines
If you confirm your order on a working day until 12:00 and pay by Credit Card or Paypal, your order will be shipped on the following working day (weekends and holidays are not considered working days). If you choose to pay by ATM reference, shipping is less efficient, since we will only send you after receiving payment. This can take between 5-7 days.
The “Seller” will not be liable for non-compliance, or delay in the performance, of any obligation that is due to an event of force majeure, that is to say to an event, act or omission, beyond its reasonable control (Event of Force Majeure – that comprises any event, act or omission beyond the reasonable control of “Seller”). We will attempt to deliver on time to the extent commercially reasonable. As a rule, we always do this, however, we cannot guarantee timely delivery.

8.3 Partial Deliveries
Whenever possible we will try to deliver everything in just one shipment. However, we reserve the right to split the delivery of the order, for example (but not limited to) if a part of the order is delayed or unavailable. In case we proceed with the division of the order, the customer will be notified, by e-mail, of our intention to proceed in this way. For this purpose, the email address provided by the customer at the time of purchase will be used.

8.4 Inspection upon delivery
At the time of delivery, the customer must inspect the package in order to check for any damage. If you find that the products are damaged, the customer must not accept delivery of the order, which will be returned. Boombap Wear will refund the amounts paid for the order and transport as soon as the warehouse receives and completes the return process.
Any claim for non-receipt of an order must be made within a maximum period of 30 days from the date of placing the order. After this period, Boombap Wear cannot be held responsible for its loss.
