RETURN CONDITIONS

1 – RETURN OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
The customer is entitled to a return if it is found that the supplied products have defects or other non-conformities in relation to the ordered items. The return can be made within 30 days after notification of the defect and the product must keep the identification tag. The seller will analyze the returned product and inform the user of the right to a refund (if applicable). As a rule, the seller proceeds with the refund within 10 working days and, in any case, within 30 days from the date of confirmation via e-mail of the right to refund. If the defect or non-conformity is confirmed as justifying the return, the entire amount paid will be refunded. The refund of the amount paid will always be made using the same payment method used in the purchase. These provisions do not affect your statutory rights.

2 – RETURN FOR WITHDRAWAL
The customer may, if not satisfied with the products provided, return them within 30 calendar days after receipt. As a rule, the seller proceeds with the refund within 10 working days and, in any case, within 30 days from the date of confirmation via e-mail of the right to refund. The right to return only occurs, provided that the products:
a) Have not been washed or used (unless the product contains information to the contrary). The customer has the right to try on the clothes and shoes to test the size and shape, but cannot wear them.
b) Keep the original characteristics and the packaging is undamaged (carefully opened packages will not be considered damaged).
c) Are complete (eg both items in a pair must be returned).
d) Have not been tampered with and keep the identification tag.

3 – RETURN OF OFFERS
The return of an offered product must be made by the person who offered/purchased it. In this case, to proceed with the return, you must contact the person who purchased it, so that he/she can proceed with the return, in accordance with the return conditions, due to defect or non-compliance or for withdrawal.
If the defect or non-conformity is confirmed as justifying the return, the entire amount paid will be refunded.
The refund of the amount paid will always be made using the same payment method used in the purchase.

 

HOW TO PROCEED

REGISTERED CUSTOMER

1st STEP: SEND EMAIL
Send an email to: sales@boombapofficial.com the following information
Name;
Address;
Contact;
Order number;
Reason for return;
If you are returning and have paid by bank transfer, please let us know your NIB so we can make the refund.

Note: After requesting the return of an item from an order, our website will not allow you to carry out an exchange or return.

2nd STEP: PLACING THE ARTICLE IN THE BOX
You can use the original packaging where you received the order or another cardboard box, as long as it is not damaged. If you use the original packaging, empty it and place only the item you want to return. Close the box and seal it with tape. If the box has any labels, stickers or other materials from previous shipments, remove them and stick the Return label, which was delivered with the order.

3rd STEP: COLLECTION OF THE ARTICLE

4rd STEP: REFUND
After receiving and analyzing the product, the seller will inform the user of the refund to which he is entitled (if applicable). The refund of the amount paid will always be made using the same payment method used in the purchase.
